Q: What is an eGift Card?
An eGift Card (or Electronic Gift Card), sometimes known as a virtual Gift Card is simply an electronic version of a physical gift card that can be sent directly to the person’s email address and used online or in store (depending on the retailer). Not all our cards are eGift Cards. eGift Cards are clearly marked as EMAIL DELIVERY.

GiftCardery is an online retailer selling Gift Cards and eGift Cards from many providers / retailers, which can be used at online retailers and in store to pay for goods or services. Your purchase will appear on your card or bank statement as GiftCardery. If you can’t remember buying one from us, then please get in touch with us.
Q: What do I do if my Gift Card doesn’t work or I have any other questions regarding the Gift Card I bought?

Q: Are there any fees for using a Gift Card? How much are they?
There are no additional fees for purchasing a Gift Card other than the shipping / delivery fee for the delivery of physical Gift Cards. eGift Cards are not subject to shipping / delivery fees as these will be delivered direct to your email address.
Q: What happens if I don’t spend the entire value of the Gift Card?
The Gift Card can only be spent at the issuer store that accepts the specific Gift Card. The terms and conditions of usage may differ depending on the provider. Please consult their web site if you are unsure.
